Getting Started

Your journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation at my West Seattle studio or virtually. This is where I’ll learn more about you, your health history, and your fitness goals. If my approach feels like the right fit, we’ll design a personalized training plan to help you succeed.

Street parking is available.

Not in Seattle? I also offer virtual personal training plans so you can train from anywhere.

Plans & Pricing

I make training simple, flexible, and affordable:

  • 2 sessions per week – $55 per session ($110/week + tax)

  • 3 sessions per week – $50 per session ($150/week + tax)

Training is booked on a monthly basis, with flexibility for vacations or life events. With consistency, guidance, and the right plan, you can achieve lasting results.
